Responsibilities 工作职责
1.. Quotation SOW新项目报价
Deliverables include: Design evaluation & assessment, Build plan concept, Tool & equipment concept, Material usage estimation, Labor hours estimation, Risk & opportunity identification. 交付项包括：设计评估和定义、工艺方案制定、工装及设备方案、材料用量评估、工时评估、风险及机会识别。
2.SOW Implementation & Execution工作包引入和执行
Deliverables include: Mfg. planning, PPM build, Risk/Issue/Opportunity management, Qualification plan & execute, Performance to Plan execution (Quality, Material usage, Labor). 交付项包括：工艺制定、试制件计划、风险/机会/问题的管理、验收计划和执行、（质量、材料用量、工时）目标的达成。
3. Process Improvement工艺改进
Deliverables include: Idea generation, Business case development, Idea implementation and execution. 交付项包括：改进方法的生成、经济性评估、改进方法的执行
4. Change Management构型更改控制
Lead Change Board to control all engineering and process changes, perform risk and opportunity identification and communication, take charge of change implementation.
领导更改委员会控制所有工程更改和工艺更改。进行风险和机会识别及交流。负责管理更改导入。
5. Communication / Customer & Leadership Interface 沟通/ 客户和管理层界面
Provide communication of project planning, status, next step, as well as detailed technical proposal as required to be with both customer and leadership interface. 针对客户界面和管理层界面，提供包括项目计划、状态、进展，以及按需提供详细技术方案方面的沟通。
6 .Cross-Department Collaboration跨部门协作
Collaborate with other department to track on-site production issues and propose solutions.
与其他部门协作，跟踪生产现场问题并提出解决方案。
7.Coaching / Mentoring 指导和培训
Coach production operators and provide training to other employee within the company. 指导生产操作工，并为公司其他员工提供培训。
8.Capability Development and Knowledge Sharing能力提升与知识共享
Organize technical training (e.g., advanced CATIA operations, PFMEA applications) to elevate team technical capabilities.
组织技术培训（如CATIA进阶操作、PFMEA应用,提升团队技术能力总结项目经验，形成标准化操作手册（如工装选型指南,优化团队知识库）
9.Others 其他
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
完成领导安排的其他工作任务
Basic Requirements 任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above.
大学本科及以上学历
2. 5 years work experience in medium assembly projects . 有5年相关中型装配项目经验
3. Fully speak English as working language (fluent in written and spoken). 可以完全以英文作为工作语言（读写口头交流流利）
4. Understand Customer drawing system and Specification requirements. 理解客户图纸系统及规范要求。
6. Skilled with CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD. 熟练使用CATIA/ENOVIA, GD&T and CAD或其他建模软件，以及微软Office办公软件。
