We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales to join our
professional Berrang team. This role focuses on selling mechanical components,
fasteners, and metal components to a diverse range of non-automotive customers
including world leading manufacturers and other industrial clients. This is an
excellent opportunity for a professional sales passionate about engineering and
customer relationship.
Areas of responsibility:
1.You need to have the technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and drive business growth within the assigned area.
2.Be able to identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, cold calling, and visiting potential customers.
3.Take-over responsibility of existing customers and generate additional sales from new parts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both potential and existing customers, including OEMs, manufacturers and key accounts. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their unique requirements and business goals.
4.Provide pre-sales and post-sales logistic, commercial and technical support and coordinate with the relevant departments.
5.Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentation. Negotiate terms and prices with customers to secure sales while maintaining company profitability.
6.Guide and provide technical, commercial and logistical service to your key customers
7.You are able to coordinate and report to collaborate closely with internal teams, such as QA, TE and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics in the ERP system
8.Take all reasonable measures to protect existing business with accounts in your area of responsibility
Qualification and skill
1. College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is high preferred.
2. Experience above 3 years in technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the industrial sector selling mechanical components, fasteners or related products.
3. Technical skill: Strong understanding of mechanical components, fasteners and their applications in various industries. Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft office is essential.
4. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
5. German-speaking is preferred.
