ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Lead the MFT for the existing Work Packages and Responsible for reply to new Quotation
Coordinate internal and external resource to achieve work package target.

A. Accountabilities

Make sure each Work Package is monitored on contract adherence and alert on risk related to the following points:

a. Delivery on Time

b. Financially (payment and profitability)

c. Quality performance
Monitor and ensure the reply to quotation with following points:

a. On time

b. On customer request

c. Completeness

d. Risk Awareness

B. New business development:

a. Develop new business according to company strategy to improve HMC profits

b. Report potential risks identified

C. Others:

a. Support other function team for the topic escalate to program.

b. Step in the topic with risk impact work package target.

c. Contract management
