Job Description:

1. Prepare & analyze monthly financial reports based on CAS , IFRS, German GAAP. and report to management.

2. Prepare & analyze reports of Forecast ,EcoPlan and Strategic Plan. and report to management.
3. Establish and track annual target .
4. Monitor and coach standard cost and allocation key establishment; manage cost control and analysis.
5. Project control, monitor new project quotation.
6. Sales and inventory analysis .
7. Prepare and optimize financial guidelines and work flow.
8. SAP account maintenance ,and monitor team, to make sure all the bookings are accuracy in SAP.
9. Responsible for tax plan and risk assessment.
10. Cash flow forecast and management, optimize cash flow.
11. Responsibility for audit, participate in external audit to ensure all procedures comply with policies and procedures.
12. Responsibility for the training and coach of finance staff , to improve team members' quality and efficiency .
13. Keep good relations with banks, tax bureaus and auditing companies
14. Handle all others issues related finance and controlling.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting , financial management etc.
2. At least 8 years finance working experience in a foreign manufacturing company;
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
4. ERP experiences is preferred
5. Good command of English
