Responsibilities:
• Project execution: carry out and own the project plan as agreed between the client and RPO team. Including basic recruitment activities, such as sourcing, interviewing, offering, and candidate on-boarding;
• Recruitment Management and Consultation: Provide thought leadership, ongoing advice and insights, recruitment and reporting management;
• Relationship Management: Contribute to the greater goals of the HR/Talent Acquisition team by way of collaboration and strong relationship management with key stakeholders/clients (internal and external) ;
• Projects: Drive innovative recruitment initiatives and projects in conjunction with your partners, and managing the calendar of events, such as candidate engagement initiatives, project based recruitment drives, etc.;
• Requisition Delivery and manage the requisition workload.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above;
• 1-3 years working experience in recruiting function as in-house HR or recruitment consultant;
• Proactive with solid client management & direct sourcing skills;
• Good internal & external communication skills;
• Good English in both oral & written;
• Good team work spirit.
