Job Description:
1. A first-class market opener: seize the opportunities created by the liberalization of China’s futures market, proactively identify and secure institutional clients—global investment banks, brokers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms—and, with the firm’s full support, build long-term strategic partnerships.
2. A trusted professional: understand how the industry works, uncover clients’ real needs and respond with speed and precision, becoming the reliable partner they turn to in fast-moving markets.
3. A master coordinator: mobilize internal experts in research, quantitative trading, derivatives, and risk management to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements.
4. Deliver the annual sales target; prior experience with physical commodity trading houses is a plus.
**Requirements:**
1. Master’s degree or above; majors in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science preferred; “English-plus” or “IT-plus” hybrid backgrounds strongly favored.
2. Outgoing and resilient, with outstanding interpersonal skills; able to listen, decode client needs, work seamlessly in a team, and communicate fluently with overseas clients.
3. Solid knowledge of futures products and relevant laws and regulations.
4. Meticulous, stress-resistant, highly responsible, and committed to strict confidentiality.
岗位职责：
1、优秀的市场开拓者，顺应国内期货市场对外开放的市场机遇，全球范围内敏锐挖掘、积极开拓境外投行、经纪商、对冲基金、交易商等客户资源，在公司全方位的帮助下，与客户建立战略合作关系；
2、专业的伙伴，通过对行业经营模式的洞察，深入挖掘客户需求并高效响应，在瞬息万变的市场中，成为客户信赖的工作伙伴；
3、极佳的协调者，调动研究、量化交易、衍生品、风险管理等专业力量，及时满足客户需求；
4、完成年度营销任务，有大宗贸易商业务经验优先。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、计算机等专业优先，“英语+、IT+”复合背景优先；
2、性格亲和外向，有韧劲儿，具有杰出的人际交往技巧，善于倾听和理解客户的需求，能团队作战，能与海外客户无障碍交流；
3、熟悉期货市场的相关产品以及法律法规；
4、工作严谨，抗压力强，具有高度责任心和保密意识。
