3. 工艺设计和优化：制定工艺设计方案，包括工艺流程图、工艺路线、工艺设备和工装选择等。优化工艺参数，确保产品能够满足质量标准和客户需求。
4. 工艺实施和指导：协助生产部门实施工艺方案，提供相关指导和培训，确保生产人员正确理解和运用工艺技术，保证工艺的有效执行。
5. 生产支持：协助解决生产过程中的技术问题，包括制程异常、质量问题等。与生产部门、质量部门等协作，推动解决问题并预防类似问题的再次发生。
6. 工艺文件管理：完善和维护工艺文件，包括工艺卡、工装夹具图纸、操作指导书等。确保工艺文件的准确性和有效性。
7. 质量控制：参与质量控制活动，包括制定和执行检验方案、协助处理质量异常等。与质量部门密切合作，改进工艺流程，提高产品质量。

3. Process Design and Optimization: Develop process design solutions, including process flowcharts, process routes, process equipment, and tooling selection. Optimize process parameters to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
4. Process Implementation and Guidance: Assist the production department in implementing process solutions. Provide relevant guidance and training to ensure production personnel have a correct understanding and application of process technologies, ensuring effective execution of processes.
5. Production Support: Assist in resolving technical issues during the production process, including process abnormalities and quality problems. Collaborate with production and quality departments to address and prevent similar issues from reoccurring.
6. Process Documentation Management: Improve and maintain process documentation, including process cards, tooling drawings, operating instructions, etc. Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of process documentation.
7. Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities, including developing and implementing inspection plans, assisting in handling quality exceptions, etc. Collaborate closely with the quality department to improve process flow and enhance product quality.
8. Process Technology Research: Stay updated on industry technological developments, explore new processes, new equipment, and the latest research achievements. Drive innovation and application of process technologies to enhance the company's competitiveness in the industry.
