1. As the first responsible person in charge of the quality system, by ISO9001 quality system daily maintenance, to assure company quality system match ISO9001-2015 requirement
作为质量体系负责人，通过质量体系日常维护，确保公司体系符合ISO9001-2015要求
2. Responsible for making out annual quality system work plan according to quality system requirements, organize all departments to carry out quality system activities, monitor the implementation of the plan, and finish the progress report every month.
负责依据质量管理体系要求，制定年度质量管理体系工作计划，组织各部门开展质量体系活动，并监控计划实施情况，每月完成进度报告。
3. Responsible for guiding each department to establish and improve quality system documents, and organize each department to complete quality system document training.
负责指导各部门建立和完善质量体系流程文件，组织各部门进行质量体系文件培训。
4. Responsible for making out the annual quality system process audit plan, carry out the audit according to the plan, and complete the audit report.
负责编制质量体系年度过程审核计划，并按照计划实施审核，完成审核报告。
5. Responsible for assisting the organization to carry out the internal audit, management review and external audit according to the company's quality system requirements, prepare the internal audit, management review and external audit report, and tracking the completion of non-conforming finding items.
负责根据公司对体系工作的要求，协助组织开展公司质量体系的内审，管理评审及外部审核，完成内审、管理评审及外部审核报告，并跟踪完成不符合项整改。
6. Responsible for organizing and carrying out product audit and layer audit, including design, implementation, monitoring and operation of audit plan, finding improvement projects through the audit, and providing improvement information to the management team timely, so as to ensure that the company management team can allocate resources timely and effectively, solve problems as soon as possible, and optimize internal management.
负责组织开展产品审核及分层审核，包括审核方案的设计，实施，监控运行，通过审核的开展发现改进项目，并及时提供给管理层改进信息，从而确保公司管理层能及时有效配置资源，尽早解决问题，优化内部管理。
7. Assist quality manager, according to the gauge calibration plan, contact the third party for calibration.
协助质量经理，根据量具的校验计划，联系第三方进行校验。
8. Assist quality manager to analyze and improve quality problems, and track important quality issues for loop management
协助质量经理，对质量问题进行分析并改进，并对重要质量问题进行跟踪闭环管理
9. Other work arranged by the leader.
领导安排的其他工作。
Qualification Requirements 任职要求
1、 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred本科及以上学历，机械类专业优先考虑
2、 3 years of ISO9001 quality system experience, IATF16949 experience is preferred, and have establishing quality system experience from zero is preferred
3年以上ISO9001质量体系工作经验，有IATF16949质量体系工作经验者优先考虑，有质量体系从零开始建立的工作经验者优先考虑
3、 Proficient in word, excel, PPT, ERP and other software, strong writing document ability
熟练操作word, excel, PPT, ERP等软件，较强的文件编写能力
4、 Strong responsibility, excellent communication, organization and coordination skills, good at teamwork and communication, and strong work ability under pressure
具有较强的责任心，优秀的沟通、组织、协调能力，善于团队合作及沟通，较强的工作承压能力
5、 了解PPAP,PFMEA,MSA,SPC,8D等质量工具，具备基本质量问题的分析及解决的能力
Understand PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D and other quality tools, and ability to analyze and solve basic quality problems
6、 能读写基本的英文邮件及英文资料者优先考虑
Ability to read and write basic English emails and documents is preferred
