IE Engineer

To handle responsibilities related to capacity planning, cost and material planning. Working closely with Operations / Manufacturing/ Accounting, capacity ＆ cost management for all the tools to be handled in details to ensure demand requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities：
1.Handle fab capacity planning to ensure W/O demands are met.
2.Generate dynamic capacity modeling results to ensure short-term issues are resolved.
3.Perform time studies on tools to ensure theoretical tools’ capability meets actual.
4.Ensure tools qualification on schedule to release for production needs.
5.Monthly expense control and analysis on Direct Materials （DM）, Indirect Materials （IDM） and Repair, Maintenance and Spare Parts （RM+P）. Cost rationalization activities （IDM / RM+P）
