Project Planning Manager 项目计划经理（EPC)

Assign Planners to specific projects, area planning, proposal preparation, shop planning and systems development
Provide assistance with co-ordination for the implementation of project schedules and integration of same in a multi-project fabrication facility
Liaise with discipline planners to ensure supply of deliverables in materials and documents to meet the demands of the fabrication schedules
Performance monitoring and improvement recommendation
Departmental training requirements
Develop, set up and maintain PIMS and other systems to meet project and functional requirements
Procedure development and implementation
Transfer of best practices between JRM Operating Groups
Customer relations with regard to planning and controls

Main Duties of the Jobholder：

Joint planning team participation

Development and training of reportees

Joint appraisal of reportees through E.D.P.

Co-ordination between Fabrication, Engineering, Procurement, Marine and PMT objectives

Development of area planning to improve both efficiency and productivity while contributing to overall cost reductions

Develop and implement departmental fabrication planning procedures

Foster and implement recognition of client requirements in the planning and control process

Monitor and review status of development in material control integrates systems.

Assist in development of project schedules

Review and issue document distribution matrix on projects for fabrication planning

Review and issue area fabrication schedule

Liaise with Project Planners on effect of variations in receipt of project deliverables and materials

Maintain an awareness of development and innovation relative to scheduling and control systems or techniques though communication with other Mcdermott divisions and external sources

Develop standard networking activities and procedures to align with re-engineering process

Provide back-up of fabrication forecast and budgets

Provide project progress reports and analysis

Maintain and adhere to company safety and ethic standards

Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company

Requirement:

10 years of relevant planning experience in EPC offshore industry

Fluent English communication skill
