1.Review equipment submittals of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning scope of systems and approved compliance of the systems/equipment as per the project requirements
2.Procuring / renting Test equipment and mechanical equipment required for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.
3.Receive Project documentation and understand Scope of Work related to the discipline
4.At the direction of the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager, responsible for identifying potential employer claims (back charges) and out of scope issues and as reported by Electrical & Instrument Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Engineers
5.Prepares and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans.
6.Supervises the preparation of the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, Method Statements, Hot Loop Check folders
7.Manages the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning in relation to Electrical Lighting energization and Lux test, Instrumentation Hot loop Check and Function check of HVAC packages
8.Coordinates assistance of the Vendor representatives
9.Assists the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager in contacts with Client representatives for the handover of the Modules.
10.Ensures the preparation of final reports and certificates
11.Guide in maintaining virtual documentation storage (ITR/ Check Sheet)
