Main Duties of the Jobholder
1. Review prequalification submissions to customers. May require developing project executive plan.
2. Manages pre and post bid clarifications.
3. Prepares optimum proposals consistent with capture plan strategies, preliminary execution plans and the requirements of customers' tender documents.
4. Ensures all bids are correct, complete, compliant and submitted on schedule.
5. Organizes business unit and Corporate bid reviews and ensures that Management is provided all the necessary data to enable appropriate decisions to be made.
6. Participates in management reviews.
7. Ensures OME submissions.
8. Allots effectively proposals to coordinators.
9. Chairs the Bid Kick-off meeting.
10. Prepares PEP for proposals where no Project Manager is assigned.
11. Manages the Proposals and estimating work.
12. Assesses all resources required to support bids.
13. Keeps Management advised of significant developments.
14. Support Business Development Manager with the strategy and execution plan preparation prior to bidding.
15. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company
要求：
1.Knowledge of proposal estimating, engineering and contract of Oil & Gas industries.
2.10 years in the marine construction business
3.Strong written and spoken English skills
