Introduction to the role 岗位介绍：
负责公司单机产品控制系统（电气、液压、润滑等）标准化设计及生产线整线控制系统的非标设计；老产品的技术改进、产品智能化系统的建立等工作。
Responsible for the standardized design of the company's single product control system (electrical, hydraulic, lubrication, etc.) and the non-standard design of the entire production line control system; Technical improvement of old products, the establishment of product intelligent system, etc.
Main responsibilities 主要职责:
· 负责主机产品控制系统的标准化设计工作，协助测试、验收。
· Responsible for the standardization design of the host product control system, assist in testing and acceptance.
· 负责整线销售的生产线一体化控制系统设计，协助测试、验收。
· Responsible for the integrated control system design of the whole line sales, assist in testing and acceptance.
· 负责公司产品智能化系统的建立。
· Responsible for the establishment of intelligent system for the company's products.
· 协助采购、质量对控制系统供应商进行评估，以及外包部分技术的引进和转化。
· Assist in procurement, quality evaluation of control system suppliers, and outsourcing of some technology introduction and transformation.
· 协助解决售前、售中、售后等过程中的技术问题。
· Assist to solve technical problems in the process of pre-sale, sale and after-sales.
· 定期对负责产品的的控制系统进行功能和成本分析，使其具备良好的竞争力及成本优势
· Regular function and cost analysis of the control system responsible for the product, so that it has a good competitiveness and cost advantage.
· 及时了解竞争对手动态，收集竞品信息，优化产品功能，确保公司产品具有竞争优势。
· Timely understand the dynamics of competitors, collect information about competitive products, optimize product functions, and ensure that the company's products have competitive advantages.
· 对产品电气部分资料进行完善和建档，并确保技术资料的安全。
· Complete documentation and archives for all the information related to the electrical devices for our products and ensure the safety of the technical data.
· 上级临时交代的岗位职责范围内的技术性工作。
· Technical work within the scope of responsibilities assigned by superiors temporarily.
To succeed 任职条件:

• 电子、电气、液压、机械或相关专业，本科及以上学历；英语要求良好。
• Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical or related field; Good command of English
• 三年以上电气、润滑、液压产品设计经验；
• Three years or above experience in design of electrical、lubrication and hydraulic products.
• 熟练掌握PLC系统，并能用相关软件编程；
• Know well the PLC system and capable of programming with relevant software.
• 熟练使用EPLAN进行电气系统设计。
• Skilled in electrical system design with EPLAN.
• 熟悉电气布线、电气控制柜设计、电气部件选型；
• Know well the electrical wiring, design of electrical control cabinet and selection of proper electrical components.
• 熟悉强电部分的设计和元器件的选型；
• Know well the design of heavy-current devices and selection of the components.
• 熟悉液压和润滑原理，可独立完成润滑液压系统设计及元器件选型。
• Familiar with hydraulic and lubrication principles, can independently complete lubrication hydraulic system design and component selection
• 沟通协调能力强，具有良好的团队合作精神，能承受较大工作压力；
• Good communication skills and team spirit; able to handle work pressure.
• 能坚守工作原则，保守公司秘密；
• Stick to the principles and keep secrets of the company.
