注塑车间生产主管
Key areas of accountability:
1. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the pre-production picking, mold and machine confirmation, and the *** inspection of products to ensure that the production line starts and runs on time and the products are qualified for the *** inspection.
2. Responsible for supervising the production progress according to the actual production schedule and ensuring that the production plan completion rate is 100%.
3. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the production process and taking timely measures to improve problems or hidden dangers (safety, quality, events affecting progress, etc.) to ensure a 100% improvement completion rate.
4. Responsible for supervising and inspecting product acceptance and warehousing to ensure that the product quality pass rate is 100% and the warehousing is timely and accurate.
5. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the classification and sorting of defective products, and treating them after quality approval, ensuring that the returned materials and waste materials are treated separately and put into the defective warehouse and scrap warehouse respectively.
6. Responsible for supervising and inspecting the use of equipment, finding problems or hidden dangers, and taking timely measures to analyze and improve to ensure a 100% completion rate of improvement.
7. Responsible for controlling labor hours, MRO costs, and ensuring the consistency of monthly and annual inventory data.
Qualification:
1． Proficient in comprehensive injection molding expertise and injection molding automation knowledge;
2． Have industry-related policy, legal knowledge and basic knowledge of project products;
3． Have certain ability to write reports and plans;
4． Have strong planning, organization, communication and coordination skills;
5． have certain guidance, training, and problem judgment capabilities in injection molding and automation;
6． College degree or above, more than 8 years of working experience in the injection molding industry, familiar with parameter adjustment, personnel management, efficiency management, material management, good at communication, assisting each group in handling automation, mold improvement, obeying management arrangements.
7． Familiar with SAP system and production process documentation.
