Creating and maintaining technical documentations in English, such as manuals, user guides and specification sheets.
• Operating and maintaining a forum to upload these documentations to, while assisting and supporting in addressing questions and requests within the online community.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English reading and writing.
• Technical engineer with experience in electronics.
• Good technical knowledge, especially in the field of commercial display industry.
• Ability to operate various adobe and office programs (InDesign, Word, PDF, etc.)
• Smart, open-minded & willingness to provide good support.
• Experience in creating documentations is a plus.
