Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and specifications for HUD systems.
• Conduct Design and develop mechanical components for HUD systems using Catia software, including housing, brackets, and mounting mechanisms.
• Conduct feasibility studies, perform tolerance analysis, and create 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, optical engineers, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure seamless integration of components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, engineering drawings, and test reports.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to mechanical design, manufacturing and assembly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in HUD technology, and best practices in mechanical design.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications：
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development for automotive components.
• Proven expertise in using Catia software for 3D modeling, drafting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent in English.
