1. Lead the FA team to provide failure analysis service to RD, Engineering, PE, Production, and other internal / external customer.
2. Support the definition of the root cause of quality issue to improve AOS product quality.
3. FA resource and work load management and best suppport to tier-1 customers.
4. Maintain and improve FA process/system continuously.
5. Develop FA capability and introduce new FA method, material, tool, equipment and technique to team.
6. FA equipment, lab 5S/ESD/EHS management.
7. Other work assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor in Engineering or above (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Chemical, and others).
2. 10 years Semiconductor work experience or above and at least 5 year FA work experience.
3. Produdct test and application related experiences are preferred.
4. Solid EFA and PFA knowledge/concept/procedure, prolonged job experience in semiconductor assembly/foundry industry.
5. Be familiar with power MOSFET and IC product and IGBT/IPM module.
6. Good leadership to team with high efficiency productivity.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Independent, performance-oriented, self-initiatives, willing to work under pressure.
9. Good problem solving approach with logic thinking.Good spoken/written English and strong reading comprehensiion.
