1. Closely monitor the performance of RTMed products.
2. Drive Test Yield enhancement activities.
-Setup/maintain/improve data analysis system (datapower, yield report)
- Regular yield data review and analysis ,take action to improve yield both CP and FT.
-Work with factory product line leader to drive Assembly yield and quality improvement.
- Manage mean to maintain yield information for Planning and Finance.
3. Maintain procedures to ensure test quality of PIC products.
-Regular update guideline for test maverick lot disposition.
- Work with QA for RMA lot disposition and customer return ,steamline working flow for PE team.
- Guide PE to dispose test maverick lots/hold lot and support delivery.
- Involve PIC FA case and work with cross function team to close Power IC customer return case.
4. Drive team to manage the products/process changes (PCN). Propose qualification / validation plan for any product / process change. Make joint decision with QRA & cross-functional team on the change based on qualification / validation result.
5. Coach Jr product engineer to improve their skill and capability for data analysis.
7. Summarize regular request and activity as standard working flow for better handling by other product engineers.
8. Continue to improve datapower analysis tool capability and data completeness.
任职要求;
1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering or micro-electronics .
2. 10+years experience as test engineering role at production line , familiar with POWER IC production test process and equipment . 5 years team management experience at least .
3. Strong management and communication skills and Good at English oral and written.
