汽车项目经理

Responsibility:
l Manage new projects management according to customer and project time-line, Coordinate cross function teams for project targets.
协调跨功能团队根据客户和项目的需求管理好新项目
l Arrange project team meeting with team members, distribute project tasks to team members and follow up & close task on schedule .
组织定期召开项目会议，给各项目成员分配任务，及时跟踪确保各任务及时完成
1） Important/key projects acquisition phase for technical review and DFM
重点客户/项目报价阶段的技术评估会和DFM报告准备
2） New project kick-off meeting
新项目启动会
3） Preparation meeting for first-time production
首次样品生产前准备会
4） Preparation meeting for PPAP trial run
PPAP 试生产前准备会
5） Other important/Key milestones
其他重要结点的会议，比如设计/项目变更会
l Escalation on time until project blocks removed.
做好项目阶段的问题升级，直到问题解决
l In project, work as Customer representative, get and forward Customer information.
项目阶段做好客户信息的传递，确保团队内部收到客户信息
l Follow up internal/external milestones with deliveries on time.
跟踪内部/外部(客户)的重要姓名节点，确保项目各阶段的及时交付
l Control project and product cost, and improve financial status during project management.
做好项目阶段各项成本的控制（模具，零件，辅料，人员加班等）
l Being proactive to recognize/control project risk, drive/follow customer needs.
前瞻性地做好项目风险地把控以及客户需求地满足
l Lesson Learn summary for specific customer and internal best practice share
及时总结前一阶段的项目的经验教训，整理成内部文件做分享
l Act as changing engineer
兼任量产项目的变更管理

l Other tasks as directed by department/line Manager.

Requirement/要求
Ø Experience of cold forging, stamping or related industries
冷镦，冷挤压，冲压或者相关工作经验
Ø Major in mechanical engineering or related
Ø 机械工程或者相关专业毕业
Ø Knowledge with quality standards such as IATF16949, ISO 9000, QS 9000 or VDA6.1
了解质量体系的标准和相关内容
Ø Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D tools
熟悉与新项目开发阶段相关的质量管理系统，包括PPAP， APQP, FMEA等
Ø Familiar with MS office, knowledge to make report using EXCEL and Powerpoint
熟悉办公软件，可以用EXCEL和PPT做报告
Ø Good at communication and Be able to work under pressure
善于沟通和表达，具备一定的抗压能力
