化学分析员/检验员

Job Duties工作职责:


1. Prepare, analyse and perform, the preparation and testing of samples in a profession manner following correctly SOPs independently or if these are not available the directions given by the supervisor or other senior staff then fill in timely relevant records.
能够独立地正确地按照标准操作程序规定的方式制备，分析并执行样品的制备和检测，或不具备时按照组内负责人的指导操作，并及时填写相关记录。

2. Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy and all the glassware and small-scale equipment related to sample pre-treatment reach the adequate standard before using then fill in timely relevant records.
确保工作区域整洁，所有的玻璃器皿和前处理涉及的小型仪器使用前达到合适的标准， 并及时填写相关记录。

3. Process reports on analyse within set timescale according to the appropriate standard independently. Maintain accurate legible records for all activities within the laboratory. Ensure the paper/electronic copies are kept securely according to laboratory procedures. Check data from junior staff and correct any discrepancies that occur.
在规定的时限内，独立地以恰当的标准整理数据并生成分析报告。对实验室所有正在进行中的检测操作维护准确可信的原始记录。并确保按实验室程序妥善保存书面/电子文件。检查初级员工的检测数据，并纠正任何产生的不符合项。

4. Ensure that the sample testing information produced during analysis is entered into LIMS system correctly and completely.
确保将分析过程中所产生的样品分析信息准确完整地输入LIMS系统。

5. Be able to find or judge simple instrument problems and report to the supervisor or other senior staff. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them by the supervisor or other senior staff under their supervision or following their directions.
能够发现或判断简单的仪器故障并向部门领导或其他高级员工报告。承担由部门领导或其他高级员工分配的仪器保养任务并能在他们的监督或指导下完成工作。

6. Ensure proper quality control and quality procedures are followed.
确保执行了正确的质量控制流程并且遵循了正确的质量操作流程。

7. Ensure that all waste is disposed to assigned site in a safe and secure manner.
确保安全、可靠的将废弃物放至指定地点。

8. Evaluate current methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.
评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。

9. Undertake some method development or method confirmation projects assigned by Team leader following Team leader‘s directions.
在组内负责人的指导下承担一些方法开发和方法确认工作的实施。

10. Arrange the relevant tests according to the IQA and EQA plan. Ensure input the results of the PCS in corresponding system and review the control chart timely, if the results are abnormal then the corresponding investigation and correction / prevention actions should be implement, or report to the supervisor or other senior staff timely
根据 IQA 和EQA 计划安排相关实验。保证过程样品结果及时输入相应系统中，及时回顾相应质控图，如出现异常结果应及时开展调整并制定相应的措施，或及时报告给主管或其他高级员工

1. Undertake some training work to junior staff.
承担一些培训初级员工的工作。

2. Monitor and manage the use of the consumables and make purchase plan for them.
协助组内负责人制定本部门消耗品采购计划，控制监督消耗品的使用。

3. Undertake supervision work assigned by the supervisor and other senior, including the preparation of sample by junior staff, data processing of reports and routine maintenance of instruments etc.
承担组内负责人或高级员工指派的监督初员工样品制备工作，报告数据处理及仪器日常维护等工作。

4. Undertake some communication and coronation work assigned by the supervisor or other senior, such as with LS, IT, LS, QA etc.
承担组内负责人或其他高级员工指派的与其他组，例如LS，IT，LS，QA等的沟通和协调工作。

5. Identify unusual situation in work and communicate to the supervisor or other senior staff.
判别工作中的异常情况并且与主管或者其他高级员工进行沟通

6. Communicate procedural and operational difficulties and delays to the supervisor or other senior staff as required.
根据需求对于操作流程和操作方法中的困难和延误向主管或者其他高级员工进行沟通。

7. Communicate with and seek guidance from the supervisor or other senior to meet laboratory targets.
与主管进行沟通，并且获得主管和实验室经理的指导，以满足实验室的目标。

8. Perform other related tasks as needed.
Job Specification任职资格:
Education Background教育背景：

Junior college education or above in food science, chemistry related majors
大专及以上学历，食品科学，化学相关专业

English level英语水平：

Practiced reading and writing skill and fluent spoken English
熟练的读写能力和流利的口语

Training experience培训经历：

Foundation training of Quality system
实验室质量体系基础培训

Foundation training of the operation of instruments e.g. LC, GC, LCMSMS, GCMSMS, ICP-MS, AAS, AFS, etc.
相关仪器操作基础培训如：LC, GC, LCMSMS, GCMSMS, ICP-MS, AAS, AFS etc.

Work experience工作经验：

Junior college education, more than 2 years relevant work experience required
大专：两年以上相关工作经验

Bachelor degree, more than 1 years relevant work experience required
本科：一年以上相关工作经验

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：

Chemical background
化学专业背景

Good at oral and written communication skills
