Role Summary The FP&A Reporting (CoE) role is pivotal in bridging the gap between corporate strategy and operational execution by delivering high-quality, standardized financial reporting. You will lead the modernization of reporting infrastructure to reduce manual intervention, providing the China leadership team with a "one-stop" reporting platform and data-driven insights to optimize cost structures and drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities • Project management: Drive synergy through financial standardization initiatives, enable centralized reporting mechanism by shifting universal financial reports from fragmented areas to Central CoE. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and business/finance stakeholders to enhance the accuracy of financial data and support to architect data process optimization through system infrastructure mindset. • Process Standardization: Implement unified reporting structures and definitions across business units to ensure data consistency and a "single source of truth". • Strategic Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain centralized report repositories and KPI dashboards (e.g., “Order & Sales”, “P&L”, “Gross Profit”, “Cost related”) to track efficiency metrics for executive review. • Operating Mechanism Support: Manage monthly and quarterly closing activities, overseeing data requests and deep-dive analysis on Fixed Production Costs (FPC), SG&A, and Headcount through “OPEX Bible”. • Business Transformation: Spearhead the automation of financial reporting systems, leveraging tools like Power Query or Power BI to minimize manual data cleaning and enhance reporting speed. • Compliance & Controllership: Ensure all reporting aligns with corporate governance, SOX compliance, and internal financial policies. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Experience: Around 5 years of progressive financial experience, ideally within a multinational corporation or a specialized FP&A CoE environment. • Technical Skills: o Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot). o Proficiency in ERP and reporting modules (Oracle, Hyperion, etc.). o Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus). o Experience with SQL or Python for data cleaning is a significant advantage. • Languages: Fluent in both English and Chinese (oral and written).
