Job Description Summary
职责汇总：
1. Develop and design competitive products according to local market demand and global product development plan.
参与本地市场需求以及全球产品开发计划，开发和设计具有竞争力的产品。
2.Through maintenance and optimization of existing products, provide support to production, procurement and other departments, and improve the performance and cost performance of existing products.
通过维护和优化现有产品，给生产、采购、销售等部门提供辅助支持。
3.Support other departments in completing the project.
支持其它部门完成项目
Key Responsibilities
具体职责
1.Participate in the development of new products and the non-standard design of projects, including case conveyor, pallet conveyor, multi-shuttle, SRM and other Automated equipment.
参与新产品的开发和项目的非标设计，包括箱式输送机、托盘输送机、多层穿梭车、堆垛机及其它仓储物流自动化设备。
2.Product conceptual design, confirm the overall product structure scheme, including structural mechanics calculation, motor selection, etc.
参与产品概念设计，确认产品整体结构方案，包括结构力学计算、电机选型等。
3.Detailed product design, including 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing.
产品细化设计，包括三维建模和二维工程图。
4.Cooperate with test engineer to make prototype test plan, and design according to test results.
配合测试工程师制定样机测试计划，并根据测试结果进行产品设计。
5.Support beta project on-site product testing, update products according to test results, and complete drawing release.
支持BETA项目现场产品测试，根据测试结果更新产品，完成图纸发布。
6.Prepare relevant technical documents, such as product manual, etc.
编制相关技术文档，如产品手册等。
7.Design non-standard products according to the requirements of the project, including technical specification confirmation, design, cooperate with testing engineer to do prototype test, etc.
按照项目要求设计非标产品，包括技术规范确认、设计、配合测试工程师做样机测试等。
8.Maintenance and support of existing products, including product optimization and cooperation with relevant departments to reduce product cost.
对现有产品的维护和支持，包括产品优化、与相关部门合作降低产品成本，给销售部门提供技术支持。
Skills & Capabilities
技能要求
1.Skilled in using NX, inventor and other 3D design software. Has use TeamCenter experience
熟练使用NX, INVENTOR等三维设计软件。有使用Teamcenter的经验。
2.Have a solid knowledge of mechanical theory, understand all kinds of machining technology.
具有扎实的机械理论知识, 了解各种机械加工工艺。
3.Good English language skills, willing to learn and apply English in daily work.
良好的英文基础水平，愿意在工作中学习并使用英语。
4.Good communication and teamwork skills, Details-orientated with good problem-solving skills.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，工作认真仔细，良好的解决问题能力。
5.Forward thinking & Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with strong sense of responsibility.
思维敏捷、积极主动、行动力强、责任性强、具有强烈的创新意识。
6. 2 years above experience in mechanical design.
具有2年以上机械产品设计工作经验，有物流自动化设备设计者优先考虑。
7. University degree or above major in mechanical engineering.
大学本科或以上学历，机械工程专业
