职位描述
1. 维护和拓展国内外兼职译员的招聘渠道；
2. 根据公司的相关业务需求制定并执行资源招聘计划，为特定项目储备备用兼职资源；
3. 跟进资源后续的使用和管理；
4. 完成主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，不限专业
2. 可以熟练地用英文进行书面沟通；
3. 善于沟通，有责任心，工作认真细致，主动性强；
