The Director of Digital, Business & Technology (DB&T) for China will be responsible for driving the digital transformation agenda, overseeing technology operations, and aligning business strategies with innovative digital solutions.
Work duties typically include:
- Develop and execute the DB&T strategy for China, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity to ensure secure and efficient operations.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions into core business operations.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to technology and data governance.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital and technology initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing DB&T team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Required to be part of the Asia DB&T Board and work constructively with other CIOs for sharing and/or implementing best practices
