Product Technician

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND KEY CHALLENGES:
This is key supporting role inside Operation Product Management organization. It will be process integration orientation role technically and look after each style of process integration. Inside PC project they will coordinate prototype build and also contribute to real process development technically. Inside volume production this role will support process trouble-shooting, train production operators & technicians and do failure analysis to assist yield improvement. As daily work, this role will be assistance for FPE for simple document, data collection and reliability validation coordination.
Qualification:

- Junior college or above and at least 5 years working experience in semiconductor packaging, semiconductor manufacturing and electrical assembly industry, operator or technician background.
- Good operation skill for machine and process.

- Have basic office software skill, like word, excel.
- Have basic English skill
