职位描述:
1.仓储管理
o负责种子入库、出库、库存盘点及仓储环境监控（温湿度、防潮防虫等）；
o熟练操作ERP系统，完成库存数据录入与动态更新。
2.加工管理及操作
o根据销售计划，统筹安排加工生产
o执行种子加工流程，确保符合生产标准；
o定期维护加工设备，排查安全隐患，保障生产安全。
3.种子质量检测
按公司规定对种子进行质量检测（芽率等），记录检测数据并报告；
4.样品种子管理
o负责试验样品的分类、标识、存储及分发；
o定期整理样品库，确保样品信息清晰可追溯。
5.其他要求
o跨部门协作：配合销售部、产品开发部及其他部门的相关工作；
o严格遵守公司各项制度。
任职要求:
●学历专业：本科及以上学历，农学、种子工程、植保、仓储物流相关专业优先；
●技能经验：
○ 1年以上仓储/加工岗位经验，熟悉种子加工设备操作及质量检测流程；
○ 掌握种子储藏技术（防霉防虫）及基础检测方法（如发芽试验）；
○ 具备样品管理经验，能熟练使用Office办公软件及ERP系统中的生产加工模块；
●语言能力：
有一定英语语言能力，能读写英文邮件及种子标签；
●综合素质：
o责任心强，工作细致，适应仓库环境及体力劳动；
o有创新意识；
o具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力。

‌Job Description‌

1. Warehouse Management‌

○ Oversee seed storage operations, including inbound/out bound logistics, inventory counting, and environmental monitoring (temperature/humidity control, moisture/pest prevention);

○ Proficiently operate ERP systems for real-time inventory data entry and updates.

2. Processing Management and Operations‌

○ Coordinate and plan processing production based on sales schedules;

○ Execute seed processing procedures (cleaning, coating, packaging, etc.) to ensure compliance with production standards;

○ Conduct regular equipment maintenance, identify safety hazards, and ensure operational safety.

3. Seed Quality Inspection‌

○ Perform quality tests (e.g., germination rate, purity) on seeds according to company protocols;

○ Document test data and generate inspection reports.

4. Sample Seed Management‌

○ Classify, label, store, and distribute trial samples;

○ Maintain sample inventory records and ensure traceability of sample information.

5. ‌Additional Responsibilities‌

○ Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and other teams to meet business needs;

○ Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.

‌Profile:

● Education‌: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Agriculture, Seed Engineering, Plant Protection, or Warehouse Logistics;

● Skills and Experience‌:

○ 1+ years of experience in warehouse/processing roles, with hands-on knowledge of seed processing equipment and quality inspection procedures;

○ Expertise in seed storage techniques (mold/pest prevention) and basic testing methods (e.g., germination tests);

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and processing module of ERP systems; experience in sample management is required.
