Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity research team based in Beijing.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage data operations processes to bring in asset-level data on client’s private markets investments into the client environment, including handling of operational and non-routine queries/requests from business users and external information providers
• Implement sustainable processes and controls to ensure consistent high standards of data quality and governance
• Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues. Identify roadblocks in achieving high standards of data quality and design solutions to enable better outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders regarding data requirements and timelines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
• Complete fluency in written and verbal Mandarin & English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong passion in data governance and management and has ability to work with large volume of data
• Exposure to financial services industries and or data operation projects, specifically private markets is a huge bonus
• Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active, and great sense of purpose to relook on existing data usage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good command of VBA, SQL, Python and data visualization tool will be a plus
