Main Responsibilities职责:
一 Material Planning:
物料计划:
1.Generate packaging material and raw material purchasing plans according to production planning or safety stock policy. Make sure the adequate supply of PKG/RM to production lines.
根据生产计划或安全库存政策制定包装材料和原材料采购计划。确保生产线有足够的PKG/RM供应
2.Follow up PKG/RM purchases with Purchasing responsible to ensure on time delivery.
跟进PKG/RM采购，采购部负责确保按时交货。
3.Maintain/adjust BOM/recipe data in SAP to ensure correct consumption in the system. Conduct necessary adjustment of consumption with FI every month.
维护/调整SAP中的物料清单/配方数据，以确保系统中的正确消耗。每月与FI进行必要的消费调整。
二 Production Planning:

1.Collaborate with production managers to develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and capacity constraints.
与生产经理合作，根据需求预测、资源可用性和产能限制制定生产计划。
2.Optimize production processes to minimize lead times, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
优化生产流程，最大限度地缩短交货时间，提高效率，降低成本。
3.Anticipate and resolve potential production bottlenecks or disruptions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
预测并解决潜在的生产瓶颈或中断，以确保工作流程不中断。
三 Inventory Control:
盘点控制：
1.Monitor PKG/RM inventory levels and avoid stock breakage or over stock.
监控PKG/RM库存水平，避免库存破损或库存过剩。
2.Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and identify opportunities for improvement.
定期进行库存审计，以调和差异并确定改进机会。绩效指标，如服务水平、库存覆盖率、需求与产能分析。
Requirements 岗位需求：
1. Detail-oriented,
organized yet proactive personality.

2. Proven planning related experience, with rich knowledge about Excel and SAP.
