Process Technician

BioMar Group, a global leader in sustainable aquaculture feed, is seeking an outstanding Process Technician. You will have the opportunity to support the
process team in optimizing production processes, improving product quality and
efficiency, while reducing costs, and helping the team achieve the company’s sustainability goals and maximize customer satisfaction.As a Process Technician, you will need to have strong basic technical analytical skills, be able to interpret and analyze production data under guidance, assist in driving process optimization, and learn best operational practices. This position offers you opportunities for learning and growth, supporting both local and global process teams in optimization and improvement projects.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
■Assist in investigating non-conformances in the production process and help identify root causes under supervision.
■Support the implementation of improvement projects under guidance and assist in organizing relevant training or workshops.
■Participate in trials of new raw materials and assist with relevant changes to existing materials under supervision.
■Assist in documenting process optimization and development trials on the production line.
■Assist in reporting on rework generation and stock management within the factory, identifying opportunities to reduce waste.
■Actively participate in the Global Process Network (GPN), learning to absorb global best operational knowledge.
Qualifications:
■Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.
■Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes, with experience in aquafeed or food industries preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
■English proficiency.
■IT proficient with Microsoft packages.
■Familiarity with basic problem-solving tools preferred.
■ISO 9001, global GAP.
■Health and safety principles.
■Control and treatment of hazardous substances and waste.

Location and Travel:
■Work location: Wuxi (or other factory locations)
