生产质量工程师

岗位职责：
1. 积极参与TG3后的新项目，与项目质量一起完成相关任务；Actively involved in phase 4 of APDS project, working together with Project Quality
2. 及时更新控制计划等相关质量文件确保质量策划文件有效性（例如，PFMEA更新后更新控制计划，检验操作指导书，视觉辅助等）Updates control plans and ensures that quality planning documentation is always updated (for example PFMEA, SWI, visual aids)
3. 核实AS7质量相关任务满足ALV和客户要求。在SOP前核实所有未关闭问题是否完成。Verifies that the results from quality related activities at R@R meet Autoliv and customer requirements in the scope of AS007. Verifies the closure of open issues prior to SOP.
4. 用8D方法引导问题解决小组分析不合格产品和客户反馈问题，分析内部PPM和进行持续改进活动，如有必要与CQ一起跟踪改善结果；Leads Problem esolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customer or ALV concern；To communicate and follow up (8D) with CQE and CQS according to need； To analyze internal ppm, and generate continuous improvement actions (e.g. PDCA, standards, poka-yoke, product changes, RPN reduction);
5. 协调处理和隔离所有可疑产品。 Coordinates the disposition and hold of all
suspect products (AS412)；
6. 检查其他工厂受影响的适用于AS053的Q Alert.Checks if other ALV plants are
affected and applies AS053 (Q Alert)
7. 支持完成和维护本地和全球 Yokoten活动或LL等； Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
8. 积极参与零缺陷改善活动；Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops
9. 负责PFMEA go&see and fix 工作计划的编制、实施；Responsible for edit PFMEA go&see and fix work plan and implement task based on plan;
10. 追溯系统防火演练，编制计划并实施，跟进问题整改完成。 Trace system fire drill，set up plan and implementation, follow up corrective actions competition.
11.负责编制年度产品审核计划并实施；Responsible for making annual
Product Audition Plan and implementation;
12. COP抽样计划的编制；Responsible for COP sample plan;
13.积极参与识别产线和产品的潜在风险，协助AMC对其进行整改；Actively involved to identify the potential risk process and products， support AMC to improve;
14.监督量检具的使用，协助维护相关量检具Supervise the gauge status, support
maintenance gauge with related person.
任职要求：1.熟悉质量工具，8D分析方法；Master quality tool, 8Danalysis method;
2. 有两年的汽车行业经验；Have two years’ work experience automotive industry;
3. 有过程审核和体系审核经验；Have work experience of process & system audit;
