中心面向农业合成生物学应用基础研究发展前沿,以组学大数据为依托,大团队体制为保障,瞄准合成育种和植物次级代谢产物研究的发展趋势,着重于多组学分子网络的大数据挖掘与利用和重要代谢小分子的代谢途径解析与改造,推动全基因组设计育种和组学大数据驱动的植物底盘生物人工设计,力求建设成为具有国际水准的现代农业新型育种研究中心和领先的大数据驱动天然产物研发中心。 The Agricultural Synthesis Biology Center is built on the basis of the big biology data and the big scientific team to solve the cutting-edge problems in agricultural synthetic biology.We focus on synthetic breeding and plant secondary metabolite research.We are performing gene network data mining and metabolic pathways anal- ysis.We are promoting genome-wide design breeding and omics-driven plant artificial design to build a modern agricultural breeding research platform.
