R&D Engineer, Mechanical/机械设计工程师

Responsibilities：
●Understand the Automation project requirements, Provide an automated solution.
●Carry out mechanical design according to the solution; Design structural parts, draw engineering drawings, select automatic components, purchase components
●Assembly the machine according to the 3D drawing. Debug equipment to meet design requirements.
●According to the production process, improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce labor cost.
●Develop external automation suppliers.
Requirements：
● Bachelor's degree or above, outstanding candidates may be considered with a bachelor's degree. Majored in machinery, Machinery and Automation.
● 8 years of manufacturing industry experience or more than 1 year experience in the optical industry or optical engineering.
● Experience with mechanical design in automation.
● Experience in process improvement and process problem solving.
● Familiar with office software and graphics software such as CAD, SolidWorks.
● Strong customer-centric awareness and better planning and organizational skills.
● Ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems, with innovative ideas and strong sense of team assistance.
● Have the ability to read and write in English.
