R&D Engineer, Mechanical/自动化机械工程师

Job Responsibility:
Provide Solutions
●Understand workshop requirements and design automatic equipment to improve the level of workshop automation.
●Evaluate workshop requirement indicators, conduct full communication with the workshop, and provide comprehensive solutions including raw materials, special fixtures and tooling, special accessories, and other related materials.
Mechanical Design
●Carry out mechanical design in accordance with the solutions agreed upon with the workshop.
●Design structural parts, draw engineering drawings, select automatic components, and coordinate the procurement of components.
Mechanical Assembly
●Inspect parts and standard parts to ensure they meet design specifications and quality requirements.
●Assemble the machine in accordance with 3D drawings to ensure accurate assembly and structural stability.
Debug Equipment
●Debug equipment to ensure it meets the designed functional and performance requirements.
●Optimize equipment performance to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, and reduce labor costs.
Job Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Automation, or related disciplines.
●CET-4 certification or above.
●Minimum 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry; or more than 1 year of experience in the optical industry or optical engineering.
●Experience in mechanical design for automation equipment.
●Experience in process improvement and process problem-solving.
●Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and graphics software such as CAD and SolidWorks.
●Strong customer-centric awareness, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills.
●Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and solve problems, with innovative thinking and a strong sense of teamwork.
