光刻设备/资深设备工程师

职责描述：
1. Take resposibility of Litho track/mask cleaner/OVEN equipment hookup/installation.
2. Define/standardize/optimize track/mask cleaner/OVEN PM procedure/check list and OI.
3. Take responsibility of track/mask cleaner/OVEN trouble shooting.
4. Vender management of track/mask cleaner/OVEN, define and folow up CIP projects, and make sure all items on time delivery.
5. Co-work with ESH to make sure no safety issue.
6. Co-work with PE to fix equipment reduced line issue/defect/yield issue.
7. Co-work with IE/MFG, meet IE&MFG tool uptime requirement, and take action for CIP.
任职要求：
1. Familiar to the structure and working principle of the Litho area equipment.
2. Independently complete equipment routine and difficult PM.
3. In depth understanding of Optics, Electronics, Heating and cooling system.
4. Strong hands-on ability, communication and coordination ability.
5. Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., can output summaries, reports, other documents skillfully.
6. Fluent in written and oral English.
7. Experience in process development and equipment management in 8-12 inch Fab is preferred;
8. Not limited on above mentioned.
