Finance assistant 财务助理

It's foreign-funded enterprise jointly invested by the famous Turkish enterprise group - Fiba Group and the Sultan of Oman General Reserve Fund. Engaged in commercial real estate development.

Oral and written English, and proficient of excel is a must for this position.

He or she shall

· - Assisting CFO with annual budget, take lead in revenue projection work, coordinate with expense budget process

- Payment application controlling and month-end report preparation

- Monthly control for rent, management fee, utilities billings

- Preparation of group consolidated financial statements under IFRS/HKFRS

- Preparation of quarterly and ad hoc report for HQ

- Overseeing annual audit and communication with external auditors for group companies

- Overseeing the asset valuation work and communication with external valuers

- Communication with insurance agency relating to insurance renewals

- Assisting external agency with HK companies’ tax filings

- Participating in operational contract negotiations, providing financial insights and evaluating financial risks

- Ad hoc reporting to management

- External communication responding to various financial queries

We are expecting him or her shall meet with below requirement

1. proficent oral and written English is a must

2. at least more than 2 years of aduit work experience in famous audit company or similar working experience in reputable companies

3. bachelor degree in finance related field.

4. working experience in MNC or ovesea education background will be preferred.
