英语外贸采购招标采购贸易/进出口
- Job Requirements:
- With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in foreign trade import and export, foreign trade procurement, and international bidding projects.
- Familiar with import and export operation procedures.
- Fluent in English with excellent reading and writing skills.
- Be serious and careful in work, responsible, motivated, independent, good at communication, and able to adapt to business trips.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Search for suitable supporting suppliers in China in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents, confirm product parameter details, collect all documents required for the tender
(including samples, quotations, enterprise qualifications, etc.), and compile the final bidding documents. - Conduct price negotiations after winning the bid, formulate and issue purchase contracts to supporting manufacturers, follow
up on delivery, arrange quality inspectors to check goods before shipment, and coordinate with the shipping and transportation department to handle export transportation and customs declaration matters. - Handle daily trade procurement affairs and
background management on Alibaba International platform.
