房地产销售经理（需优秀的英语听说能力）

This position is being dispatched to Nairobi, Kenya, Africa!
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the marketing planning of projects in accordance with the company's business development strategy;
2. Study the status of the real estate market in the project area and establish a systematic market research work system;
3. Develop project marketing and follow-up strategies, and develop corresponding plans for customer acquisition and channel expansion;
4. Establish a sales incentive model and lead the team to strictly and meticulously execute various planning schemes;
5. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with 5 years or more of management and operational experience in real estate sales planning;
2. Proficient in real estate marketing related knowledge, familiar with various aspects of sales of new real estate projects;
3. Strong self motivation, stress resistance, and sales and service abilities;
4. Have the ability to plan, organize, strategize, execute plans, and lead teams, with a mature and stable professional mindset and team spirit.
5. Able to communicate in English.

岗位职责：
1. 根据公司业务发展战略,负责项目的营销策划工作;
2. 研究负责项目区域房地产市场状态,建立系统化的市场研究工作体系;
3. 制定项目营销策略及跟进策略，制定相应的拓客方案与渠道拓宽的方案;
4. 确立销售激励模式，带领团队严格细致的执行各项策划案;
5. 领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1.大专以上学历，5年及以上房地产销售策划的管理操作经验；
2. 精通房地产营销相关知识，熟悉房地产新楼盘销售各环节工作;
3. 有较强的自我推动力、抗压能力和销售服务能力;
4. 有规划、组织、策划、方案执行和团队领导能力，成熟稳定的职业心态和团队精神。
5. 能够用英语交流。
