Interior Leader Engineer

Responsibilities:
With the request of the Group leader or project responsible, leading a small team to execute & fulfill
the work package/Module/System independently.
Ensure on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for interior cockpit system/parts design & development.
Ensure the on-time release of the design & on time delivery
Preparing/Presenting of detailed structure proposal and documentation in CATIA V5 and MS office.
Assist and support Group Leader/Department manager in specialist for technical issues.
Be interface to OEM & manufacture suppliers as required.
Master sections / data / drawing define and update.
Coordination of project-related activities with other groups if necessary
Styling feasibility analysis and concept development with sections.
Can quickly find the benchmark resource to support the team design
Can accepted 3~10 months on-site support.
Have 3d/2d and master sections quickly design and check capability
Requirements:
Experienced designer for the tooling manufacture, assembly feasibility study
Familar the current advance interior design and product produce process.
8+ years Experienced at least 3 of following parts as minimum: IP, Console, CCB
Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in the automotive industry.
Has the experience of plastic parts design.
Be proficient in CATIA software.
Could be suitable for business trip for project.
Good communication ability both in mandarin and English.
Have VW work experience is prior
