Senior Product Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of advanced network infrastructure products across Layer 1, 2, and 3 technologies. This high-impact role requires a strong combination of product vision, technical expertise, and program leadership to drive innovation. You will work cross-functionally to define product requirements, solve complex system challenges, and bring transformative connectivity solutions to market through both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities
· Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, or delivering layer 1, layer 2 or layer 3 network systems.
· Experience in coding and frameworks with SQL, Python.
· Ability to identify, breakdown, and solve processes and technical problems.
· Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
· Excellent program management skills with project delivery and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
· 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
· Experience with IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and Telco industry processes.
· Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, with experience of optical networks, DWDM, IP and data services.
· Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives.
· English can be used as a working language for smooth business communication with overseas colleagues and clients.
