Assembly Process Planning 总装工艺规划

Responsibilities：

岗位职责：

1. Responsible for process planning for assembly shop series production;

负责总装车间批量生产的工艺规划；

2. Responsible for infrastructure planning;

负责基础设施规划；

3. Line side planning (logistics and limo concept design, manufacture, purchase, and handover sign-off);

线边规划（物流和豪华轿车概念设计、制造、采购及交接确认）；

4. Output and handover process document to production team;

编制并向生产团队输出工艺文件；

5. Responsible for standard process implementation and process quality daily monitoring;

负责实施标准化工艺流程并进行日常工艺质量监督；

6. Analyze and optimize bottle neck station;

对生产线上的瓶颈工位进行分析和优化；

7. Station layout planning.

生产工位的布局规划。

8. Leading team identifies the failure modes of key production processes based on AIAG&VDA PFMEA standards, completes RPN assessments, and outputs PFMEA reports;

主导团队依据AIAG & VDA PFMEA标准，识别生产工艺关键工序失效模式，完成RPN评估并输出PFMEA报告；

9. Conduct team PFMEA specialized training to ensure that team members master analytical logic and tool application skills.
Qualifications:

任职资格：

1. Bachelor or master, major in mechanical or automotive engineer;

机械工程或汽车工程相关专业的学士或硕士学位；

2. Proficient in English;

英语熟练；

3. Proficient with computer operation and MS office;

熟练使用计算机和Office办公软件；

4. Familiar with AIAG & VDA PFMEA 7th edition standards;

熟悉AIAG & VDA PFMEA 第七版标准；

5. At least 3-year experience in assembly process planning.

3年以上的总装工艺规划工作经验。
