西门子电气设备PLC汽车研发/制造
Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Program, debug, and optimize PLC systems for truck painting lines, ensuring stability;
负责卡车涂装生产线的PLC程序编写、调试与优化，确保系统稳定运行；
2. Configure Profinet/Profisafe networks; program fail-safe PLCs (STO, safety modules) and debug G120 series VFDs;
配置Profinet/Profisafe网络，完成安全PLC编程（STO、安全模块）及G120系列变频器调试；
3. Collaborate with mechanical teams to troubleshoot sensors (pressure, photoelectric, flow meters) and optimize electrical performance;
协同机械团队处理传感器（压力、光电、流量计等）信号传输问题，优化设备电气性能；
4. Provide on-site installation technical support, training, and technical documentation.
支持现场安装、培训及技术文档编写。
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred;
本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业优先；
2. 5+ years of PLC/electromechanical experience; proficient in Siemens TIA Portal with S7-1500 (600+ I/O) programming;
5年以上PLC及机电经验，精通西门子TIA Portal，具备S7-1500（600+ I/O点）项目编程能力；
3.Familiar with SCL/Graph languages; knowledge of Prodiag, Profinet/Profisafe is a plus;
熟悉SCL/Graph语言，掌握Prodiag、工业以太网协议（Profinet/Profisafe）者优先；
4.Skilled in sensor/VFD principles and safety module configuration;
了解传感器、变频器工作原理，具备安全模块配置经验；
5.Fluent in English.
英语流利。
