As part of its
continued development, the company is currently seeking to recruit a Supplier
Quality Inspector to strengthen its procurement and quality control activities
in Guangdong.


岗位职责概述 Mission and Responsibilities:

作为一名供应商质量检验员，你将负责在国内（主要是广东，如佛山，东莞等，必要时全国出差）供应商处进行质量检查，确保其生产的机械和电气部件符合公司质量标准。
As a Supplier
Quality Inspector, you will ensure the quality of mechanical and electrical
components at supplier sites across China, primarily Guangdong (Foshan,
Dongguan etc.), with nationwide travel as needed.

你需要根据技术规范执行检验、管理不合格项，并与本地团队及海外总部合作，跟踪和验证纠正措施是否到位，确保产品符合质量标准。
You will conduct
inspections per specifications, manage non-conformities, and collaborate with
local teams and headquarters abroad to drive corrective actions and ensure
compliance with quality standards.
你的最终目标是：在发货前确认零件产品合格，防止不合格产品流向客户。
Your ultimate
purpose is to check the conformity of parts before shipment to prevent
non-compliant products from reaching customers.


主要职责：

• 在供应商工厂现场对机械和电气部件进行尺寸、外观和功能检查，根据检查清单、图纸和技术规范来执行操作。Perform on-site dimensional, visual,
  and functional inspections at supplier factories for mechanical and
  electrical components, following inspection checklists, drawings, and
  technical specifications.

• 使用合适的计量工具（如卡尺、千分尺、多用电表等）并将检查结果记录在电子报告中。Use appropriate metrology tools
  (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.) and document results in digital
  reports.

• 发现严重质量缺陷时立即报告，防止不合格产品发货。Identify and report critical defects
  immediately, preventing non-conforming products from being shipped.

• 通过详细的报告实现检验的全面可追溯性，包括照片、测量数据和测试结果Ensure full traceability of inspections
  through detailed reports, including photos, measurements, and test
  results.

• 向供应商反馈质量问题，跟进立即纠正的措施，并验证其效果。Communicate quality issues to
  suppliers, follow up on immediate corrective actions, and verify their
  effectiveness.

• 与中山本地管理层及海外总部协作，分析根本原因，提出解决方案，并推动持续的质量改进。Collaborate with local management in
  Zhongshan and headquarters abroad to analyze root causes, propose
  solutions, and drive sustainable quality improvements.

• 对返工后的零件进行合格性验证，确保纠正措施完全实施到位。Validate part conformity post-rework
  and ensure corrective actions are fully implemented.

• 在既定质量标准流程内，能够独立决定产品的接收、拒收或需要采取必要的纠正措施。Make independent decisions regarding
  product acceptance, rejection, or necessary corrective actions, within
  defined quality protocols.

任职要求 Requirements:

学历与经验 Education & Experience:

• 机械或电气工程（或相关专业）本科或大专学历；Bachelor’s degree or professional
  college diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related
  field).

• 至少 2 年质量检验、供应商质量管理或制造相关经验（有机械/电气零部件经验者优先）Minimum 2 years of experience in
  quality inspection, supplier quality management, or manufacturing
  (experience in mechanical/electrical components preferred).

技术技能 Technical Skills:

• 熟练阅读工程图纸和技术规范；Proficiency in reading engineering
  drawings and technical specifications.

• 深刻理解 AQL 抽样方案、质量控制标准和产品缺陷分类；Strong understanding of AQL sampling
  plans, QC standards, and defect categorization.

• 熟悉各种测量工具（如卡尺、千分尺、三坐标测量机、多用电表等）；Familiarity with measurement tools
  (calipers, micrometers, CMM, or multimeters,etc.).

• 熟练使用电子工具进行报告（如 Excel、Minitab、Power BI 或 QC 软件）；Proficient in digital tools for reporting (Excel, Minitab, Power
  BI, or QC software).

• 有 PPAP 和供应商审查经验者优先；Experience with PPAP and supplier
  audits is a plus.

软技能 Soft Skills:

• 注重细节，负责任，具有职业操守；Detail-oriented, responsible, and
  ethical.

• 具备良好的观察力、分析能力和解决问题的能力；Strong observation, analytical, and
  problem-solving skills.

• 能够在压力下独立工作并做出决策；Ability to work independently and make
  decisions under pressure.

• 适应力强，灵活应变，能高效应对变化；Adaptable and flexible, able to respond
  to changing situations efficiently.

• 具备良好的与供应商沟通与谈判的能力；Effective communication and negotiation
  skills when addressing suppliers.

语言要求 Languages:

• 普通话流利 Fluent in Mandarin.

• 主要工作语言为英语，需具备英语读写能力，口语流利者优先。The primary working language is
  English, proficiency in reading and writing is required, spoken English is
  considered a plus.

出差要求 Travel Requirements:

• 需频繁出差（70-80%），主要在广东省内，必要时全国出差；Frequent travel required (70-80%),
  primarily in Guangdong but also nationwide as needed.

• 持有有效驾驶执照者优先；Valid driver’s license is a plus.

• 有实地供应商检验经验；Hands-on experience withon-site
  supplier inspections.

• 熟悉机械加工、焊接及电子产品中的常见缺陷模式；Knowledge of common defect modes in
  machining, welding, and electronics.

• 有供应商质量检验与跟进经验者优先；Experience conducting supplier quality
  inspection and action follow-ups.
