新产品开发人员

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 纺织类产品和及其他项目的开发

• 协助美国团队一起开发纺织类和其他项目 Support USA team to develop the sewing products and other project.

2. BOM analysis：BOM成本分析
3. 缝制工艺与质量控制 (Sewing Craft & QC)

• 精通各类工业缝纫设备及针法（如平缝、包缝、绷缝等），解决样版制作过程中的结构性问题。
• Proficient in industrial sewing machinery and stitch types (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch) to resolve structural issues during sampling.

4. 团队合作 (Project Coordination)

• 直接用英文与美国总部沟通项目进度、成本分析及技术可行性。 Communicate with the US HQ, discussing directly in English onproject milestones, cost analysis, and technical feasibility.

- 教育背景 / Education: 纺织工程、服装设计或相关专业大专及以上学历。 / College degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 行业经验 / Experience: 5年以上纺织缝纫类产品开发经验。
/ 5+ years of NPD experience in sewn goods
- 技术能力 / Technical: 精通放码、排料及面料耗损计算；熟悉 AQL 检验标准。 / Expert in grading, marking, and fabric consumption calculation; familiar with AQL inspection standards.
- 语言能力 / Language: 流利的英语口语与书面表达； / Fluent in spoken and written English
