结构设计工程师

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1、Responsible for functional modules design on household appliance, including plastic part, small metal sheet, microswitch (contact), micro motor with gears,etc. Participate in whole machine test and development with customers.
负责家用电器产品功能模块设计研发，涉及塑料件、小型钣金件、微动开关（接触片）、小型电机齿轮组等部件，需要参与客户整机测试评估及匹配开发；
2、Responsible for product innovation research, including feasible analysis, technical solution, and proposal demonstration.
负责创新性产品研究，包括可行性分析，出具创新技术方案及方案论证等工作；
3、Accomplish requirement transfer, proposal design, sample making, verification test, mass production evaluation,etc. according to customer/internal request.
根据客户/内部需求，完成需求转化、技术方案出具、样品制作、测试验证、量产评估等工作；
4、Complete detail design for complex functional modules independently, and progress to production.
独立完成复杂功能模块结构设计工作，并推向量产；
5、Give comments to tool structure, equipment ,test parameters, material chosen ,etc.
对模具结构、生产设备、测试参数、材料选择等提出改善意见；
6、Communicate with customers/suppliers, give technical support and guidance.
沟通客户及供应商，进行技术支持和指导；
7、Assist to finish FMEA
协助完成FMEA；
8、Maintenance work for ERP system , including BOM, drawing , spec , etc.
相关的产品ERP系统维护工作，包括BOM、图纸、规格书等；
9、Patent initiating
专利撰写；
10、Design changes for serial product.
量产品设计变更任务；
11、Accomplish other task that is assigned.
完成领导交代的其他任务。
Qualifications 任职资格：
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or related fields.
本科及以上学历，机械设计相关专业；
2. Knowledge of engineering, physics, plastic parts, metals and processes.
工程、物理、塑料件、金属及工艺相关知识；
3. Over 5 years of experience in plastic part structural design (moving fit components), familiar with the design of plastic parts, small sheet metal parts, micro switches (contact pieces), small motor gear sets, etc., with the ability to independently complete complex functional module structural design.
5年以上塑料件结构设计经验（运动配合部件），熟悉塑料件、小型钣金件、微动开关（接触片）、小型电机齿轮组等部件设计，有独立完成复杂功能模块结构设计能力；
4. Experience in home appliance R&D and modular product design is preferred.
家电行业研发经验、模块化产品设计经验优先；
5. Familiar with injection molding and processing techniques.
熟悉注塑成型、加工工艺；
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英文听说读写熟练；
7. Proficient in 3D structural design using Inventor, UG, etc.; proficient in using Office software.
熟练使用Inventor、UG等进行3D结构设计；熟练使用Office软件；
8. Good communication skills.
具备良好的沟通、动手能力。
