岗位职责:
岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
1. **邮件营销策略与执行**
- 负责全球市场(含欧洲、印度等地区)的电子邮件营销策划、内容创作、A/B测试及效果优化,提升打开率、点击率和转化率。
- Plan and execute global email marketing campaigns (EDMs, newsletters, automated workflows), including content creation, A/B testing, and performance optimization to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
2. **数据分析与优化**
- 监控邮件营销数据(如送达率、退订率),分析用户行为,提出改进方案并持续优化ROI。
- Monitor KPIs (delivery rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.), analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
3. **跨团队协作**
- 与设计、运营、销售、媒介投放团队协作,确保邮件内容与品牌调性、促销活动及用户体验一致。
- Collaborate with design, sales, paid media and ops teams to align email content with brand voice, promotions, and UX.
4. **客户生命周期管理**
- 设计自动化邮件流程(欢迎邮件、购物车弃购提醒、复购激励等),提升客户留存率。
- Develop automated email workflows (welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement) to enhance customer retention.
5. **合规性与技术适配**
- 确保符合国际反垃圾邮件法规(如GDPR、CAN-SPAM),熟悉邮件营销工具(如Emarsys, Mailchimp、Klaviyo)。
- Ensure compliance with anti-spam laws (e.g., GDPR) and leverage tools like Emarsys/Mailchimp/Klaviyo.
