Supplier Quality Engineer

In development phase:
61 Execute Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new and/or carry over parts.
61 In cooperation with ENG team and drive purchase part PPAP approval process.
61 Support Fuba program management timelines and targets of zero defect purchased parts.
61 Escalate, seek management support when necessary for any supplier issue that could impact the achievement of a flawless launch.
61 Work on resolution of issues and problems related to purchased parts.
61Utilize structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
61Secure that all respective requirements are transferred to the suppliers and aligned in conformity matrix or DFM.
61Plan and execute suppliers’ audits e.g. special audits, R@R.

In SOP phase:
61Responsible for complaint management to suppliers, including IQC/internal process/customer side, following 8D, other Q-tools.
61Support customer claim due to supplier ‘s fault.
61Create incoming inspection plan/work instruction for IQC station.
61Monitor supplier quality performance monthly basic.
61Responsible for supplier charge management caused by supplier quality related fault.
61Attend supplier quality continuous improvement programs.
61Definition the necessary elements of preventive quality measures and implement at suppliers.
61Arrange training for IQC if needed.
