Job Responsibilities:
-- Responsible for toy and craft products development. having such suppliers in preferred
-- Togerther with local and Swedish colleagues develop products and suppliers that ful fill our customer's expectotaions . Follow up the requirement of our headoffice/clients and actively look for suppliers to coopertaion ,inquiry ,make sample. etc , integrate excellent suppliers .
-- Conducted supplier audit visit ,followed up supplier quotation ,new product samples progress and delivery .
-- It is required to be familiar with the testing requirement of European toy products ,such as the testing requirements of Handicrafts ,wooden toys ,textile puppet toys and so on .
--Responsible for the documents needed for new product development ,such as BOM ,DOC ,ROHS .....mange and collect supplier documents ,regularly collect and establish supplier informaiton resource base .

Job requirements:
--Familar with various foreign trade business processes,good knowledge of international trade processes .development experience at least 5 years ,Strong experience in new product development .with buying office experience is preferred .
--Ability to perform hands on troubleshooting and problem solving
--Good analytical ,project management and communication skills .
--Fluent English ,strategic sourcing mindset
--Honest ,proactive & high commitment
--Good negotiation skill

岗位职责：

1 负责玩具以及工艺品类的产品开发；有此类供应商资源的优先考虑。
2、跟进总部要求积极寻找可合作的供应商，进行报价，打样等。整合优秀供应商
3、进行供应商的审核拜访， 跟踪供应商报价，新产品打样的进度和交期，
4、要求熟悉欧洲玩具类产品的检测要求，比如工艺品类的检测要求，木制玩具类的检测要求，纺织品类的木偶玩具的检测要求等等。
5、负责新品开发所需要的文件，比如BOM ，DOC 等资料的整理。管理及收集供应商文件资料，定期收集，建立供应商信息资源库
6. 配合大货采购同事工作。

任职要求：
1），熟悉各种外贸业务流程，具有外贸跟单，开发等经验至少5年以上，有外企办事处工作经验的优先考虑。
2）工作认真，积极主动，人品端正，态度好，责任心强，具有团队合作精神。
3）本科及以上学历，相关英语，国际贸易专业毕业者优先考虑，优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力。
4）性格乐观积极，责任感强 ，并完成上级交代的其他事务性工作。
5）服从公司安排的其他工作。
