工作内容:
1. Sector & Company Research: Support research on listed companies within the large technology sector, including advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, computer science, life sciences, and related sub-fields. Establish and maintain robust industry and individual stock databases.
2. Financial Analysis & Modeling:
Perform in-depth analysis of target companies' financial statements, business models, core competitive advantages, and valuation metrics. Develop and refine comprehensive financial models to support valuation and investment analysis.
3. Research Report Development: Produce
high-quality research reports in both Chinese and English, including in-depth
thematic reports, company commentaries, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to professional standards.
4. External Resource Engagement: Maintain
regular and effective communication with listed company management teams,industry experts, brokerage analysts, and institutional investors. Proactively gather critical industry and company information and deliver timely investment insights.
5. Team Support: Assist with other internal
team initiatives, including but not limited to ESG report compilation,
maintenance of internal information systems, and cross-departmental
collaboration tasks.

- 行业与公司研究：支持大科技行业（含高端制造、半导体、计算机、生命科学及相关细分领域）内上市公司的研究工作；建立并维护完善的行业及个股数据库。
- 财务分析与建模：深入分析标的公司财务报表、商业模式、核心竞争优势及估值指标；构建并优化全面的财务模型，为估值及投资分析提供支撑。
- 研究报告撰写：撰写高质量的中英文研究报告，包括深度专题报告、公司点评、会议纪要等，确保内容准确、表述清晰且符合专业标准。
- 外部资源对接：与上市公司管理团队、行业专家、券商分析师及机构投资者保持常态化高效沟通；主动搜集关键行业及企业信息，及时输出投资洞见。
- 团队支持：协助完成团队内部其他工作，包括但不限于ESG报告编制、内部信息系统维护及跨部门协作任务。
- 本科及以上学历应届毕业生；理工科专业背景或具备相关实业工作经验者优先考虑。
- 对投资行业抱有真挚热情，且有明确意愿在投资研究领域长期发展。
- 具备卓越的分析能力、批判性思维，能够将复杂信息提炼为清晰结论。
- 中英文听说读写能力娴熟，可撰写专业英文研究报告。
- 精通微软Excel，具备扎实的财务分析及建模能力。
- 诚信，谦逊，注重细节，自我驱动力强；具备良好的团队合作精神及人际沟通能力
