Senior Foreign Consultant
We help high school students plan and prepare for their applications to top universities in America. Our focus is to not only help students successfully apply to the universities that are most suitable to their interests but also to help them better understand their goals for the future, so that they are ready to take on the challenges of universities from day 1. We are looking for consultants with strong passions in mentorship and education. The job requires knowledge in American higher education, skills in communication with students, and creativity in activity planning.
Responsibilities
1. Provide consulting services to high school students who are applying to American universities.
2. Assist students in planning their academic and standardized test schedules, extracurricular activities, and application process.
3. Lead seminars focused on providing details related to the American universities application processes.
4. Develop and innovate new products based on the needs of the market.
5. Give marketing lectures regarding the application process ad successful cases
6. Collect and organize data related to Chinese student applications to better understand the upcoming trends.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Native English speakers.
3. Passion for mentorship and education.
4. Knowledge of American higher education and the application processes to top universities.
5. Outstanding leadership, creativity, planning ability, and executive force.
6. Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
7. Time management skills and multitasking ability.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
We provide:
1. Competitive compensation package with base salary, commission, and performance bonuses (Salary Package: 250,000 - 300,000 RMB per year).
