Senior Foreign Consultant

Base location: Beijing
We help high school students plan and prepare for their applications to top high schools and universities in America. Our focus is to not only help students successfully apply to the high schools or colleges that are most suitable to their interests but also to help them better understand their goals for the future, so that they are ready to take on the challenges of American high school and college from day 1. We are looking for consultants with strong passions in mentorship and education. The job requires knowledge in American higher education, skills in communication with students, and creativity in activity planning. This person will report to the director of the High-End Products Department.
Responsibilities
1. Provide consulting services to high school students who are applying to American high schools and universities.
2. Assist students in planning their academic and standardized test schedules, extracurricular activities, and application process.
3. Lead seminars focused on providing details related to the American high school and college application processes.
4. Develop and innovate new products based on the needs of the market.
5. Give marketing lectures regarding the application process ad successful cases
6. Collect and organize data related to Chinese student applications to better understand the upcoming trends.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Must be a native English speaker
3. Passion for mentorship and education.
4. Knowledge of American higher education and the application processes to top high schools and universities.
5. Outstanding leadership, creativity, planning ability, and executive force.
6. Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong public speaking ability.
8. Time management skills and multitasking ability.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
