Job Overview
After a systematic on-the-job training program, the management trainee can leverage VEGA Group’s leading position in the Feed Additives industry to develop clients globally, furthermore, the management trainee will grow up to be a leader of a sales team to achieve the first milestone in VEGA Group.

Duties and Accountabilities

1. Participate in the management trainee program and achieve periodical objectives.
2. Do research to track the market trend, competition and identify target clients.
3. Provide commercial & technical support to the clients like feed manufacturers.
4. Strengthen business relationships with existing customers.
5. Execute sales strategies & processes to achieve the sales target.

Education and Experience Requirement

1. Bachelor or above in animal nutrition, agriculture, chemistry, medial or bio-tech.
2. Less than 3 years’ working experience [1-2 years’ working experience is the best].
3. Knowledge and experience in feed or animal nutrition industry is a plus.
4. Successful track records of selling or purchasing in animal nutrition industry is a plus.
